We congratulate the Sanecum Group on its new partnership with the Radiologische Allianz in Hamburg. Radiologische Allianz is a leading nationwide provider of outpatient services in radiology, nuclear medicine and radiotherapy and is active in the greater Hamburg area at more than 20 locations with over 80 doctors.
Adiuva Capital founded the Sanecum Group in 2019 together with Dr Susanne Hoischen and Ulf Völkel, who had previously been managing directors of an association of nephrology facilities for many years. Since then, Sanecum has developed into one of Germany’s leading multidisciplinary care groups thanks to its successful growth and M&A strategy.

The focus of the service portfolio is on the indications of nephrology, cardiology and oncology, which are supplemented by services in neighbouring specialist areas and a comprehensive range of diagnostic services in laboratory medicine and radiology.
‘We are very proud that the Radiologische Allianz has chosen us as its partner of the future. This partnership enables us to expand the strategic focus of the Sanecum Group to the field of modern radiological diagnostics and therapy. We are thus successfully continuing our growth course as a leading multidisciplinary operator of regional care networks,’ Ulf Völkel and Dr Susanne Hoischen comment on the new partnership.
Prof. Dr Jörn Sandstede, Managing Director and Chairman of the Management Board of Radiologische Allianz, emphasises that the Sanecum Group is a proven and outstanding partner in outpatient medicine for the future. ‘Our special medical and independent management culture in the Radiologische Allianz can be continued in the Sanecum Group, thus ensuring the sustainable further development of our company, characterised by innovation and medical progress.’
In Germany, Sanecum operates more than 30 medical care centres (MVZ) at over 90 locations. Chronic patients are treated there by more than 400 doctors using a multidisciplinary treatment concept. The Group’s success is based above all on the high quality of the services provided and the partnership-based cooperation with the doctors.
