Ascopharm GmbH has been a developer and supplier of high-quality dietary supplements, over-the-counter medicines as well as minerals, vitamins and cosmetics since its founding in 1977. Adiuva Capital acquired the company as part of a succession from Karl-Heinz Oppermann in 2012.
Ascopharm supplies more than 200,000 regular customers from its headquarters in Wernigerode. All products are manufactured and tested according to GMP guidelines, enabling them to consistently guarantee the highest product quality.
Adiuva Capital supported Ascopharm in expanding its product portfolio, driving the expansion of its B2B business and strengthening its online business.
In 2019, Ascopharm was acquired by point-rouge GmbH.
