The Konzmann Group’s first Trainee Day took place in Berlin in mid-September. The event is all about promoting young talent and was celebrated for the first time with 120 young talents from the entire Group.

The highlight of the two-day event was the presentation of the trainee awards to the Group’s best trainees. Konzmann Managing Director Oliver Rennig opened the festive evening event with a speech in which he gave an insight into his personal career and spoke about the influence his training and willingness to develop had on his career. One of the award winners, Hermann Zelesnov, commented: ‘AZUBI DAY 2024 was a special experience for me. The great atmosphere and the opportunity to explore Berlin together helped me to get to know colleagues from other locations and gain valuable insights into the various subsidiaries. Oliver Rennig’s inspiring speech demonstrated the importance of cohesion and further development within the Konzmann Group, which motivates me for my future with the company.’

The event reflects Konzmann’s commitment to the sustainable promotion of young talent and is an investment in the specialists of tomorrow. In addition, the newly created event provided an opportunity to celebrate and to get to know each other, network and exchange ideas across all departmental and company boundaries.
