Adiuva Capital is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Friedrich von Nida Kälte- und Klimaanlagen GmbH by the Konzmann Group, further strengthening its market position in refrigeration and air conditioning technology. The family-owned company Friedrich von Nida, based in Oldenburg, joined Konzmann as part of a succession solution.

The business areas of the Konzmann Group, headquartered in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance, are divided into the core business fields of energy and building technology. Through its subsidiaries, the Konzmann Group is represented by around 900 employees at more than 30 national and international locations and achieved sales of around 150 million euros in 2022. Adiuva Capital has been involved in the company since 2016 and has since supported the medium-sized full-service provider for technical building equipment in its successful implementation of a buy-and-build strategy.

With the acquisition of Friedrich von Nida Kälte- und Klimaanlagen GmbH and the integration of Jens Böhme Kälte- und Klimatechnik GmbH from Freiburg im Breisgau last year, Konzmann is successfully continuing its nationwide expansion course in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning technology in Germany. “We are pleased to welcome Friedrich von Nida Kälte- und Klimaanlagen GmbH to the Konzmann family,” says Oliver Rennig, CEO of the Konzmann Group. “The company complements our group of medium-sized companies very well, especially with its tangible company culture, the focused core competencies of its employees and the strong regional customer relationships.” In addition to the two managing directors Birgit von Nida and Guido Terdenge, the company retains the entire workforce of around 40 employees, including the highly qualified specialist staff.
