Adiuva has played a stategic leadership role in the company since 2016 as part of an age-related, partial succession. Alongside Thomas Endres, the long-standing managing partner of the Konzmann Group, Adiuva invested in the company’s expansion as well as the institutionalisation of the business. What began with the group’s original business area in the Lake Constance/Black Forest region, expanded into the entire region of southern Germany.

Historically the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation business division formed the historical core of the group. Today, Konzmann’s range of products and services comprises a wide range of technology systems and a broad spectrum of planning, installation and service activities. With 23 locations and more than 730 employees, the Konzmann Group is a one-stop shop in the industry, capable of managing complex building technology projects. An important basis for success is the qualification and continuing development of the employees.

Since 2016, numerous companies have joined the group or organized their succession with Konzmann. The company’s state-of-the-art headquarters in Friedrichshafen supports these businesses with important services, enabling them to focus on their core business. In recent years, Konzmann has developed from a regional supplier to a leading building technologies provider in southern Germany. Adiuva has played a key role in this development process, accompanying the management team throughout this successful growth trajectory.
