Tobias Osing, Partner

Prior to founding Adiuva Capital, Mr. Osing was a Manager in the Corporate Finance practice of Deloitte & Touche, where he worked on a variety of transactions involving private equity firms and international corporates. Previously, as part of KPMG's M&A team, he advised on transactions in the middle market. During his studies at the University of Cologne, Mr. Osing also spent some time in Tampa, Florida, working as a consultant. He also completed an apprenticeship at Dresdner Bank.
Hauke Lübben, Partner

Hauke Lübben joined the partnership at the beginning of 2014. He has more than ten years of experience in the investment industry. From 2005 to 2013 he worked at Warburg Pincus, a leading global private equity investor, in London and Frankfurt. At Warburg, he was involved in a large and diverse set of transactions in Germany and Europe. Most recently he focused on the energy sector. Earlier, Mr. Lübben worked as a management consultant at Accenture in Munich for a number of years. At Accenture he advised companies active in different technology sectors on the development and implementation of strategies and business architectures. Mr. Lübben holds an MBA degree from the Yale School of Management and a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and economics from Yale University.
Georg Jacobi, Partner

Mr. Jacobi has more than ten years of experience in the investment industry. As an Investment Manager at Alpha Private Equity, a leading European private equity investor, he was involved in a large number of investments in Germany and Europe. Most recently he focused on the machine manufacturing- and consumer goods sector. As CFO of a mid-sized consumer goods company he was responsible for the implementation of value-improvement measures. Prior to that he gained experience during different assignments in the finance and private equity industry. Mr. Jacobi holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and an M.Sc. in Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
David Wiedemann, Investment Manager

Prior to joining Adiuva Capital, Mr. Wiedemann was in the Corporate Finance practice of Deloitte & Touche. After completing an apprenticeship at a commercial bank, he studied Finance and Accounting at the University of Munster and Monash University, Melbourne. During his studies, Mr. Wiedemann worked for ThyssenKrupp in Germany and the United Arab Emirates as well as for two German private equity funds. Mr. Wiedemann holds M.S. and B.S. degrees from the University of Munster.
Björn Biering, Senior Associate

Prior to joining Adiuva Capital, Mr. Biering was the Head of Corporate Finance / M&A at an international e-commerce group. Before that, he was working as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs´ Investment Banking Division and was involved in several transactions in the German-speaking region. Mr. Biering holds an M.Sc. degree in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management and a B.Sc. degree in Business Management from Chemnitz University of Technology and Universidad de Salamanca.
Florian Haase, Senior Associate

Mr. Haase started his professional career in the Transaction Advisory practice of EY. Thereafter and prior to joining Adiuva Capital, he was part of a German single family office and had been involved in numerous transactions. Mr. Haase studied in Germany, the UK and Belgium and graduated from the London School of Economics with a Master in Management Science and from the European School of Finance with a Master in International Finance.
Christoph Neizert, Beirat

Mr. Neizert launched and headed the German offices of two large international private equity firms, Advent International and Warburg Pincus. In those roles, between 1991 and 2008, he sourced, structured, completed, monitored and sold numerous successful private equity investments, ranging from start-up and growth capital transactions, buy-outs, privatizations and restructurings. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Division of Bankers Trust in New York, Rio de Janeiro, and Frankfurt. Mr. Neizert holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, New York and a Diplome de Grande Ecole from Ecole Européenne des Affaires, Paris.
Claudia Thelen, Assistenz

Before joining Adiuva Capital, Mrs. Thelen worked in an HR function at a large publishing house. Mrs. Thelen studied Business Administration in Hamburg and completed an apprenticeship as a legal assistent.
