bn:t Blatzheim Networks Telecom GmbH
bn:t Blatzheim Networks Telecom GmbH ("bn:t"), founded in 1989, builds and operates fibre optic networks as a regional provider of full-fledged telecommunications and value-added services for commercial and private customers. The company develops areas that currently have no broadband connection ("white spots") with the aim of providing high-speed Internet access throughout its area.
Adiuva acquired a stake in bn:t in 2015 as part of a growth capital investment and supported the company in accelerating the expansion of its own fibre optic infrastructure and the extension of the company's communications business. During this time, the number of customers of bn:t almost tripled.
The company was acquired in July 2019 by Basalt Infrastructure Partners together with SOCO Network Solutions GmbH.
